GENERAL REFERENCES
Garbage and trash — See Ch. 60.
The position of Recycling Enforcement Officer of the Borough
of Clayton is hereby created.
The compensation to be paid for said position shall be established
each year by provision therefor in the Salary Ordinance of the Borough
of Clayton.[1]

Editor's Note: The currently effective Salary Ordinance is
on file in the office of the Borough Clerk and is available for examination
during office hours.
The duties of the Recycling Enforcement Officer shall be to aid and assist the Recycling Coordinator in the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of Chapter 60, Part 1, Article II, of the Code of the Borough of Clayton and to perform such other duties as are required by law and as shall be prescribed by the Mayor and Council.
