The Town of Kendall, Orleans County, New York, does hereby authorize the Zoning Enforcement Officer of the Town of Kendall to issue appearance tickets in connection with the enforcement of Chapter 265, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Kendall and any amendments thereto and any other Town ordinances and local laws that the Zoning Enforcement Officer is charged with enforcing.
This chapter is adopted in accordance with the provisions of
the Municipal Home Rule Law and the Town Law of the State of New York.
