[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Siren at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. II). Amendments noted where applicable.]
By agreement dated November 10, 1995, the Village of Siren became
a member of the Siren Fire Association. The duty of conducting Fire
Department operations in the Village is delegated to such Association,
and its organization and internal regulations shall be governed by
the constitution and bylaws of the Association. The Village Board
remains the agent of the Village with respect to state training and
pension funds.
