[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Haddon Heights 3-16-2010 by Ord. No. 1337. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A recognized group, department or committee under the direction
of Mayor and Council. Includes those events or meetings run by or
organized through a recognized group, department or committee under
the direction of Mayor and Council.
A recognized Haddon Heights-based organization holding a
501 designation.
Shall include but not be limited to seminars, conferences
and instructional events where a charge is paid by attendees to someone
other than the Borough.
A person having, within the territorial limits of Haddon
Heights, a place of abode, which has not been adopted for any mere
special or temporary purpose, but is their ordinary and permanent
domicile.
In order to qualify as a Resident Civic/Nonprofit Organization,
the individual applicant must be a resident of Haddon Heights, and
the organization must certify that 51% or more of its members are
residents of Haddon Heights.
Events not opened to the general public.

Events in Borough-owned buildings rented by residents or civic/nonprofit
organizations must be concluded by midnight.
