It is resolved by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Clayton,
County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey, that an attendance policy
is hereby adopted in the Borough of Clayton applicable to all nonelected
members of the various boards, commissions and/or committees.
In the event that any nonelected member, during said term of
appointment, shall fail to attend three meetings within a consecutive
six-month period of time, then that member(s) shall be automatically
removed from said board, commission and/or committee without further
notice, and the member's seat shall become vacant until a replacement
is appointed as required by state or local law.
