The polls in the Village of Fox Point for all elections shall
be opened at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m., provided that any voter
awaiting his turn to vote, whether within the polling booth or in
the line outside of the booth, at the time of the closing of the polls
shall be permitted to vote.

All nominations for elective Village offices shall be made by
a nonpartisan election preceded by filing nomination papers with the
Village Clerk/Treasurer in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes.
