Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 154.
A. 
The Township Police Department shall utilize the services of the Visual Average Speed Computer and Recorder (VASCAR) as one of the machines for the enforcement of motor vehicle speeds and a traffic safety regulator.
B. 
The Chief of Police shall prepare written regulations relating to the operation of such machine which shall have the effect of law.

The Township Police Department shall utilize the services of the Excessive Speed Preventor (ESP) as one of the machines for the enforcement of motor vehicle speeds and a traffic safety regulator.

The Police Department shall utilize the services of ACCUTRAK for the enforcement of motor vehicle speeds and as a traffic safety regulator.

The Police Department shall utilize the services of the Electronic Non-Radar Device (ENRADD) as one of the machines for the enforcement of motor vehicle speeds and a traffic safety regulator.
C. 
The Chief of Police shall prepare written regulations relating to the operation of such machines, which shall have the effect of law.
