[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Township
of Spring Garden 3-14-2001 by Ord. No. 01-04. Amendments noted where

This Board of Commissioners grants to York Cable Television,
Inc., a nonexclusive license to operate a cable television system
within Spring Garden Township for a period of 10 years, effective
May 1, 2001, with one additional ten-year renewal term, subject to
the terms of the parties' cable television franchise agreement which
is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.[1]

This ordinance replaces all prior ordinances and agreements
relating to licensing and franchising of a cable television system
to York Cable Television, Inc.
