Approving the proposed action of the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Mifflinburg to acquire the sewer system now owned by the Borough of Mifflinburg; authorizing the execution and delivery of a proper deed or deeds and bill of sale therefore; authorizing the execution and delivery of an agreement of sewer lease by the Borough of Mifflinburg, as lessee, with the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania, as lessor, of the sewerage system and sewage treatment plant now owned, and hereafter to be constructed by said Authority, and the payment of rentals by said Borough under the terms of said lease; approving the form of said lease; providing for the execution of all papers and instruments necessary and proper for such purposes; and providing for the repeal of existing ordinances inconsistent herewith. Approving the form and authorizing the execution and delivery of an agreement of lease to be dated as of December 1, 1968, between the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Mifflinburg, as lessor, and the Borough, as lessee of the sewer system as heretofore acquired and as hereafter to be constructed by authority, in and for the Borough of Mifflinburg; authorizing the payment of rentals by the Borough under the terms of the lease; consenting to and approving the assignment of the lease to the Mifflinburg Bank and Trust Company, as trustee under an indenture to be dated as of December 1, 1968, securing Sewer Revenue Bonds — Series of 1968 issued for the purpose of certain construction and for the purpose of refunding Sewer Revenue Bonds — Series of 1950; agreeing to the cancellation and termination of a certain agreement of lease dated as of May 1, 1950.
