A. 
Licensing amusement games:
(1) 
Each amusement game or machine: $195 annually.
(2) 
Music machines (juke boxes): $65 annually.
B. 
The maximum annual fee to be paid by the operators of such facilities shall not exceed the sum of $5,000.
