No person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity shall offer for sale, expose for sale, sell, purchase any fireworks, as that term is defined in RSA 160-B:1.

Violation of this chapter shall be punishable by the penalty provisions of RSA 160-B, as well as the general penalty provisions of the City of Laconia ordinances. Any person who violates any of the provisions listed in § 150-3 shall be guilty of a violation, and a penalty shall be imposed upon him not to exceed the sum of $250. Such person shall be deemed to be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by such person and shall be punishable therefor as provided herein.

It shall be unlawful for any person, within the boundaries of the City of Laconia, to ignite fireworks Monday through Thursday of any given week, with the exception of July 3 of each year and federal holidays. Further, it shall be unlawful for any person, within the boundaries of the City of Laconia, to ignite fireworks past the hours of 10:00 p.m., until 12:00 noon the following day, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of any given week.
