[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Laconia 12-29-1975 as Ch. 41-A of the Public Ordinances of 1975. Amendments noted where applicable.]

§ 209-1 Permitted hours of operation.

§ 209-2 When effective.

§ 209-1 Permitted hours of operation.

The hours of operation of any business, work or activity which is permitted under the provisions of RSA 332-D in any municipality in the State of New Hampshire is permitted in the City of Laconia.

§ 209-2 When effective.

This chapter shall become effective upon approval of a majority vote of those voting at the next regular election.[1]
