The Suffolk County Board of Elections is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to forward a copy of any ballot proposal which
will appear on the ballot on Election Day to each community public
library, within the County of Suffolk, no later than 30 days prior
to Election Day each year.

The Suffolk County Board of Elections is hereby authorized,
empowered, and directed to print and publicize election notices translated
into Spanish in the Spanish language newspaper with the largest circulation
in Suffolk County.
The publication requirement shall take effect immediately and
apply to all elections that the Board of Elections is involved with
administering and overseeing.
