The County Comptroller is hereby appointed as property control
manager for the County of Suffolk, pursuant to the recommendations
made by the New York State Comptroller, and shall have overall responsibility
for the fixed assets of the County of Suffolk and for the accuracy
and usefulness of the fixed assets records.
