Village of Fremont, WI Chapter 498 Village Hall, Use of

§ 498-1 Reservations.

Reservations for the use of the Village Hall shall be made to the Clerk-Treasurer, subject to approval of the Village Board.

§ 498-2 Fee.

Any profit-making organization shall pay a fee of $25 per day to the Clerk-Treasurer prior to using the Hall; nonprofit civic organizations and Village residents may be granted free use of the Village Hall.

§ 498-3 Rules and regulations.

A. The organization or Village resident using the Hall shall be responsible for any destruction or defacing of Hall property.

B. The organization or resident using the Hall shall be responsible for any janitor work necessitated from such use; failure to clean up after using the Hall may jeopardize future use of the Hall and shall be billed at $30 per hour for the Village to clean.
