From the date of this article, all applicants submitting applications to the Board of Appeals and the Planning and Zoning Commission which require review and consultation by the Town Attorney shall be responsible for the fees and costs associated therewith. Upon receipt of invoices for services rendered on each particular application, the Town Treasurer shall submit the same to the applicant for payment, which shall become due and payable within 30 days from the date thereof.
