Licenses on vending machines, such as cigarettes, bubble gum
or other machines that either operate by mechanical or electrical
means and dispense a product for the money invested, are hereby exempt
from taxation or license. This article will be reviewed on a yearly
basis to determine if it will be to the Town's benefit to impose a
tax on such machines in the future.
