The provisions of the "Water Conservation Plan — Maximum Flows for Individual Fixtures" is hereby adopted as part of the water conservation plan for the Town of Chesapeake Beach, to be implemented for all new requests for private and public development in the Town of Chesapeake Beach, and renovations involving changes to existing plumbing fixtures.
The water conservation plan shall be implemented and enforced by the Public Works Administrator and/or his designated representative. The powers and duties of the Public Works Administrator shall be the same as those indicated in Article VII, Administration, § 290-26, of Chapter 290, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Chesapeake Beach. Should the Public Works Administrator find any person, corporation, partnership or any other entity to be in violation of the requirements of the water conservation plan, the Town Public Works Administrator shall have the enforcement rights as stated in the above-referenced § 290-26.
