Rental of City-owned property — See Ch. 209A, Art. I.
West Side All Wars Memorial Building — See Ch. 209A. Art. II.
The All Wars Memorial Building Committee shall be comprised of 11 members. One member shall be appointed by the Mayor, and all remaining appointments shall be made by Council. At the inception of the All Wars Memorial Building Committee, three members shall serve for a term of four years; three shall serve for a term of three years; three shall serve for a term of two years and two shall serve for a term of one year. All subsequent appointments, except to fill vacancies, shall be for the full term of four years, to take effect on January 1. All members shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified.
The membership of the All Wars Memorial Building Committee shall be comprised as follows:
A. 
Representative of Kenneth Hawkins Post No. 61.
B. 
Third Ward Council person or designee.
C. 
Representative of Atlantic City Branch of the NAACP.
D. 
Representative of the Committee for the Preservation of the Westside All Wars Memorial Building.
E. 
Mayor or his/her designee.
F. 
Representative of the Stanley Holmes Work Team.
G. 
Representative of the Neptune Drum and Bugle Corps.
H. 
Representative of the Atlantic City Disabled Veterans.
I. 
Representative of the Golden Circle Senior Citizens.
J. 
Representative of the Prince Hall Lodge No. 27.
K. 
Representative of Kenneth Hawkins Post No. 61.
The members of the committee shall select their own chairman and other officers desired or required by it.
The All Wars Memorial Building Committee shall utilize parliamentary procedures and establish bylaws for the orderly conduct of its meetings.
The All Wars Memorial Building Committee shall have the following duties:
A. 
Work in conjunction with the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Public Works to prepare and provide recommendations, nominations and advice regarding the future use and cost of the facility to City Council.
B. 
Report to the Mayor and the governing body, in writing, all of its recommendations and deliberations. The Secretary's minutes of each meeting shall also be submitted to the Mayor and the governing body.
The members of the All Wars Memorial Building Committee shall serve without pay for the faithful performance of their duties. No member, by serving on the All Wars Memorial Building Committee, shall be precluded from earning professional fees in the practice of his/her profession in Atlantic City, because of such service on the All Wars Memorial Building Committee. In any matters in which there is a possible conflict of interest, the member(s) shall abstain from discussion or voting.
