Any document or instrument by which the City of Atlantic City
conveys or receives an interest in real property or by which the City
conveys or receives an interest in any appurtenance to such real property,
which document or instrument is either required or intended to be
filed in order to perfect such interest, shall be prepared by the
City Solicitor or Legislative Counsel, as the case may be, and the
same shall be filed in the office of the Atlantic County Clerk or
such other appropriate place, as may be necessary, by the City Solicitor's
office, within 15 days of the date on which the execution of such
document or instrument is authorized by City Council.
