Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Housing Authorities
Law of the State of New Jersey (N.J.S.A. 55:14A-1 et seq.), and the
amendments and supplements thereto, a body corporate and politic,
to be known as the "Housing Authority of the City of Atlantic City,"
be and the same is hereby created and established.
