Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch.
89, Aviation and airport Regulations, which was comprised of Part
1, Bader Field, adopted 8-30-1979 by Ord. No. 52-1979, as amended,
and Part 2, Atlantic City Airport, adopted 6-3-1982 by Ord. No. 44-1982,
as amended.
Operations of the Bader Field Airport and the Atlantic City
Airport Utility are hereby ceased. The Atlantic City Airport Utility
at Bader Field is transferred to land assets.
