Except for such projects as may be undertaken by the federal
or state government pursuant to law, no project, the purpose of which
is to correct beach erosion or replenish the beaches of the City of
Atlantic City, shall take place without approval by resolution of
the City Council.
No equipment used or to be used in projects described in § 92-25 of this article or which is used or to be used in projects involving waterways nearby or adjacent to the beaches of Atlantic City may be stored, staged or placed upon or over any portion of the beaches of Atlantic City without approval by resolution of the City Council.
The approvals required hereby shall be in addition to and not
substituted for any other approvals required by federal, state or
local law, including the ordinances of the City of Atlantic City.
