When any person or persons shall violate any of the provisions of
this chapter or shall refuse or fail to comply with any order duly
made in writing by this Bureau, each day upon which such violation
occurs shall be deemed to constitute a distinct and separate violation,
and each day elapsing after the expiration of the time limit fixed
for the compliance with said order in writing shall be deemed to constitute
a distinct and separate offense.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a penalty of not less
than $10 nor more than $100 in the discretion of the Judge or other
proper officer having jurisdiction to hear and determine causes arising
under this chapter.
