A.
Except for complete copies of the City Code, the fees that the office of the City Clerk is authorized, pursuant to section 4-27 of the City Code, to charge all members of the general public for copies of public documents shall be in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5. Members of the general public may be so charged for copies for any public documents covered by this section and maintained by the City Clerk, including resolutions and ordinances passed by the City Council, but there shall be no charge for copies of City Council agendas and supporting documents that are pending before the City Council. The current fees, which may be changed upon amendments to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5, are as follows:

Per letter-size page or smaller: $0.05.
(2)
Per legal-size page or larger: $0.07.

Except as otherwise provided by law or regulation, if the costs for
duplication of the record exceed the foregoing rates, the City shall
charge the actual cost for duplication. The actual cost of duplicating
the record shall be the cost of materials and supplies used to make
the copy of the record.

Except as otherwise provided by law or regulation, excluding the
actual cost of any needed supplies, such as computer discs, access
to electronic records and nonprinted materials shall be provided free
of charge.

Land Use Development Code.

(1)
For copies of the city's Land Use Development Code pamphlets
the City Clerk shall charge a sum equal to the per copy cost paid
by the city for such pamphlets, rounded to the nearest dollar. Additionally,
the City Clerk shall charge $5 for shipping and handling for any said
pamphlet that must be mailed to the requestor.

Copies of the city's Land Use Development Code pamphlet shall
be issued through the City Clerk's office.[1]
