No person shall mark with ink, paint, chalk or other substance
or post handbills on or in any other manner deface or injure any public
school building within the City of Atlantic City or on the fences,
trees, lawns or other fixtures to such buildings, nor shall any person
trespass on the lawns belonging to the grounds of any school building
by crossing or tramping upon the same.
No person shall willfully or maliciously make or assist in making,
in any public school building, or on any street, or on any public
or private grounds within a radius of 200 yards of any building in
which a public school shall be in actual session, any noise or disturbance
by which the peace, quiet and good order of such school shall be disrupted.
No person shall utter any loud and offensive or profane or indecent
language on any of the lands or premises belonging to the Board of
Education of the City of Atlantic City or occupied by said Board or
on any street or grounds within a radius of 200 yards of said lands
or premises.
No person shall, in any school room where any public school
is assembled or in any building in which such school is in session
or on the grounds within a radius of 200 yards of the same, disturb
or interrupt the peace and good order of such school, and no person,
whether a student in said school or a parent of a student attending
said school, or any other person, shall conduct or behave himself
so as to disturb or interrupt the peace, quiet and good order of said
school, either in said school or on the grounds within a radius of
200 yards of the same, and any said person must leave the school premises
on the request of a teacher or person in charge of the school, or
the grounds within a radius of 200 yards of the school upon the request
of a police officer, when said person is disturbing the peace and
good order of the school.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof before the Municipal Court Judge of the City
of Atlantic City, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $2,000
or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days in the county jail, or
both, in the discretion of said Municipal Court Judge.
