It shall be unlawful for any person to focus, point or shine
a laser beam directly or indirectly upon another person or animal
in such a manner as to reasonably cause harassment or annoyance or
alarm to said person or animal.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon
conviction in the Municipal Court of the City of Atlantic City, be
subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or 90 days in the City or county
jail or for a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or
any combination of the three.
