A.
The owners of all private property must post a permanent
sign in clear view, free from any interference from any natural or
man-made objects, every 25 feet warning car owners that unauthorized
vehicles will be towed from the premises.
B.
The sign must also identify the name, address and
phone number of the towing firm.
C.
The sign must also identify the address and phone
number where the car can be found.
Any private property owner or person in control
of private property or any person permitting the removal of a motor
vehicle from private property in violation of this article shall be
subject to a fine of $200 for each violation.
