The Seal heretofore provided and used by and for the City of Hoboken and which is described as follows: "a view of the old City of Hoboken in the neighborhood of the present Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad freight station, when the same was used as the old Atlantic Garden, with the early City of Hoboken in the background and the hill in the distance and a ferryboat entering the slip," encircled by the letters "City of Hoboken, N.J. Corporate Seal," which Seal is hereunto annexed,[1] is hereby established and declared to have been and now to be the common Seal of the City of Hoboken.

Editor's Note: Said Seal is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The City Clerk shall have the custody of the City Seal, and the same shall be carefully preserved and kept by him at all times in his office.
