A.
Creation. There is hereby created the Office of the Mayor, which
shall be headed by the Mayor, who shall serve as Director without
any additional compensation, and shall consist of his personnel staff.

B.
Personnel staff. The personnel staff in the Office of the Mayor shall
include a Secretary, Clerk-Stenographer and Confidential Aide.
