No person shall resist, obstruct or interfere with a Borough officer, including a member of a fire company or first aid squad, in the performance of his duty; nor shall any person disobey the lawful orders or instructions of such officer or without good reason refuse or neglect to assist him in the performance of his duty when requested to do so.
No person shall drive any vehicle over a fire hose except on the specific permission or orders of the officer in charge where the hose is being used.
No unauthorized person shall open any fire hydrant without written permission of the Borough.
No person shall alter, plug up or otherwise tamper with any culvert, drain, drainage ditch, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, appurtenances, manhole or catch basin.
