As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A vehicle, self-propelled or otherwise, used or intended
for use as a conveyance on the public streets or highways; designed,
constructed or reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in
a manner to permit its occupancy as a dwelling or sleeping place for
one or more persons, or as living and business quarters combined;
and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirting arranged
to be integral with or portable by such trailer, camp car or trailer
coach.
No trailer or camp car or trailer coach shall be permitted on
the public streets within the Borough for a period of more than 72
hours.
