§ 190-1 Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

TRAILER OR CAMP CAR OR TRAILER COACH

A vehicle, self-propelled or otherwise, used or intended for use as a conveyance on the public streets or highways; designed, constructed or reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in a manner to permit its occupancy as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons, or as living and business quarters combined; and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirting arranged to be integral with or portable by such trailer, camp car or trailer coach.

§ 190-2 Use on public streets restricted.

No trailer or camp car or trailer coach shall be permitted on the public streets within the Borough for a period of more than 72 hours.
