This article shall be known and cited as the "Fire Prevention Code of the Village of Hillburn, 1976."
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Hillburn hereby acknowledges the applicability of the State Fire Prevention Code for the Village of Hillburn, to become effective in said Village of Hillburn on the 31st day of December 1976, in accordance with the provisions of § 392 of the Executive Law of the State of New York.[1]
