§ 315-1 Prohibited activities.

No person shall hereafter lead, ride or convey a horse, any motor vehicle, snowmobile, motorcycle, minibike or other motor-propelled vehicle upon the premises known as the "Busti Town Park," which premises are described on the Official Tax Map of the Town of Busti as Section 11, Block 1, Lots 67.1 and 68, except in accordance with the provisions of § 315-2 hereof.

§ 315-2 Exceptions.

The following exceptions to the prohibition contained in § 315-1 hereof shall be permitted:
A. 
Motor vehicles may be operated or driven upon the designated roadways within the park for the purpose of loading and unloading only.
B. 
Motor vehicles may be parked only within the area in the park grounds designated as "motor vehicle parking area" or "parking area."
C. 
Motorcycles, minibikes or other motor-propelled vehicles may be permitted only within the area located within 40 feet of the Lawson Road and may be parked only within the area designated as "parking area."

§ 315-3 Depositing garbage in park.

No person, firm or corporation shall deposit any garbage, papers, cans, trash, rubbish or other refuse in the boundaries of the Town Park unless it shall be deposited in the truck at the transfer station during the hours and at the appropriate place as shall be designated and provided in any duly executed contract for such service. This prohibition shall not apply to any person who shall deposit any such refuse in a rubbish container in the park after the person has enjoyed the park for lawful park purposes.

§ 315-4 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Every violation of this chapter or any of the provisions thereof shall constitute a violation and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days.
