§ 234-45 Incorporation of county provisions. [1]

The Borough hereby adopts Article 6, Land Development Standards, of Erie County's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, adopted August 17, 2010, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.[2]
