Certain rules and regulations governing park use are hereby
adopted as the rules and regulations governing the use of all parks
owned and operated by West Norriton Township and are available for
review at the Township office. Requests for exceptions to the rules
and regulations in this chapter should be made to the Director of
Parks and Recreation.

The Township shall establish a fee for park permits and other
activities which shall be established by resolution.

Any person violating any provision herein shall be guilty of
a summary offense and upon conviction thereof shall be liable for
a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300 or, in default thereof,
to imprisonment for not more than five days.

Said rules and regulations shall be posted in said parks.

The Park and Recreation Rules and Regulations and related fee
amounts may be amended by resolution as deemed necessary or desirable
by the Township Board of Commissioners.
