New Britain Borough Council hereby authorizes the execution
of a cable franchise agreement with Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc., which
agreement shall provide for the construction, installation, maintenance,
extension, and operation of a cable communications system, the specific
terms of which, agreeable to both parties, shall be memorialized in
the agreement. The cable franchise agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference.[1]

The New Britain Borough Council hereby approves the cable franchise
agreement negotiated with Comcast, including all of the terms and
conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize the execution
of such agreement.[1]
