§ A98-1 Types of ordinances.

This chapter enumerates the street ordinances of the Borough of Washington by type, ordinance number and/or date of adoption, ordinance book page number reference and name of street, where available. The five types of ordinances listed are as follows:

A. Article II, Street Openings, Establishments, Acceptances and Dedications.

B. Article III, Street Extensions.

C. Article IV, Establishment of Street Grades and Widths.

D. Article V, Street Name Changes.

E. Article VI, Street Vacations.

§ A98-2 Page and ordinance number references.

A. Page number references from the ordinance book are indicated for all references from Ordinance Book No. 1, which was in use until the end of 1968.

B. Ordinance number references are given for the periods from 1884 through 1909 and from 1969 to date. Ordinance numbers were not used during the years 1910 through 1968.
