Pursuant to the provisions of the First Class Township Code[1] there is hereby created a Recreation Board, to be composed of five members, to discharge the duties and responsibilities prescribed for recreation boards by the First Class Township Code.

The Recreation Board shall be composed of five members. The initial appointments will be made as follows: one appointment for one year, one appointment for two years, one appointment for three years, one appointment for four years and one appointment for five years, so that there will be a vacancy to be filled each and every year; all subsequent appointments shall be made for a five-year term. Each ward of the Township's five wards shall be represented by an appointment to said Board.
A. 
The Recreation Board shall be under the control and supervision of the Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township.
B. 
Any Recreation Board now existing, or existing heretofore, is hereby abolished.
