The Village may publish or post as permitted by Chapter 985,
Wis. Stats. When publication is used instead of legal posting, the
official newspaper of the Village of Baldwin shall be the Baldwin
Bulletin.
Notwithstanding any other provisions or requirements in this
Village Code, at the discretion of the Village Clerk and Village President,
when permitted by Chapter 985, Wis. Stats, the Village may post notices
on its Internet site and at the Municipal Building (bulletin board),
or post notices in the following four designated posting locations:
