A.
No pool or billiard table kept for profit or gain shall be operated
by anyone in the Village except during hours allowed for alcohol beverage
establishments.
B.
Police officers shall be allowed to enter and inspect at all times
any premises within which pool or billiard tables are kept and operated
for profit or gain.
A.
No person shall erect or keep, or permit to be erected, placed or
kept upon his/her premises within the limits of the Village any billiard
or pool table used or kept for hire without first having obtained
a license therefor.
B.
The license fee shall be as indicated in the Village Fee Schedule
and the license year shall end on July 1.
C.
Application for license is to be obtained from the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
