As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any person engaged in the business of selling at retail any
flowers, funeral sprays, wreaths, designs, corsages, potted plants
or cuttings or bedding plants, all of which are of natural growth.
No licensee shall sell any product requiring licenses, except
from a regularly established retail flower store, shop or greenhouse
which shall be properly equipped with adequate refrigeration to properly
take care of cut flowers and plants, and which shall display cut flowers
for sale to the public in the regular course of business as a retail
florist, 52 weeks in the year, at the location at which the licensee
shall operate or conduct his/her business.
