It shall be unlawful to trespass upon private property, unless
permission is granted by the owner, on or upon which any flood levee
or flood control works of the City of Breckenridge is constructed.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall
be guilty of a petty misdemeanor offense for the first two convictions.
Upon a third violation within a five-year period for the exact same
offense, it would then convert to a misdemeanor offense and a mandatory
court appearance.
