Editor's Note: Former § 98-1, Adoption by reference;
amendments, was repealed 8-8-2022 by Ord. No. 5792. This ordinance provided that "the Personnel Policy Manual for Nonuniformed Employees previously referenced in § 98-1 of the Altoona City Code is hereby replaced with the within City of Altoona — Personnel Policy Manuals 2022, which is hereby approved. Said City of Altoona — Personnel Policy Manuals 2022 shall remain as approved until such time as amended and said amendment is approved by the City of Altoona in proper form." The City of Altoona — Personnel Policy Manuals 2022 document is on file in the City offices.

Chapter V of the Personnel Policy entitled "Application and
Employment," Section 3 "Residency Requirement" is amended as shown
on Exhibit "A," attached hereto with said Personnel Policy to be restated
to include the same.[1]
