It shall be an established policy applying to all Town of Bethlehem
spending agencies that formal public bid procedures will be used for
all purchases greater than $5,000. For purchases within the range
of $2,500 to $5,000, informal quotations will be obtained. Copies
of all procedures (bids and quotations) will be retained on file.
For purchases less than $2,500, departmental procedures will be followed.
