The Board of Selectmen is authorized to appoint a Christmastown
Festival Committee to continue the Christmastown Festival with the
proceeds used to offset the capital, operations and maintenance expense
of Memorial Hall. The Christmastown Festival Committee is authorized
to adopt bylaws.
