No ordinance of the Town of Genesee nor any other municipal
ordinance, rule, or regulation shall mandate that any person, partnership,
limited liability corporation or other corporation or business entity
of any kind, other than the Town itself, shall provide certain wages
or benefits to its employees or set the amount or type of any employee
wages or benefits to be provided by an employer located within the
Town limits.
