GENERAL REFERENCES
Pension plan — See Ch. 16.
The office of Borough Manager is hereby created.
The Borough Manager shall be appointed by the Borough Council
for an indefinite term, serving at the pleasure of Borough Council.
The compensation of the Borough Manager shall be as determined
from time to time by the Borough Council.
The Borough Manager shall be the chief administrative officer
of the Borough, and the powers and duties will be such as are determined
and assigned to the Manager by the Borough Council.
All ordinances or resolutions, insofar as they are inconsistent
herewith, are hereby repealed.
This chapter shall become effective immediately.
