Pursuant to the Act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania approved July 9, 1971, Act No. 31, authorization to
participate in purchase contracts of the Pennsylvania Department of
Property and Supplies is requested as well as authorization to participate
in purchase contracts of other administrative departments authorized
to make direct purchase of materials, supplies and equipment.

The Borough of Doylestown agrees to be bound, with respect to
such purchases, by such terms as the Department of General Services
prescribes.

The Borough of Doylestown will be responsible directly to the
vendor under each purchase contract.
