It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct any activity or permit any activity to be conducted within the Borough which requires a permit to be issued pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 5, Parts 1 through 6, of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Doylestown at any time other than between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., prevailing time, Monday through Saturday of each week and 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Sunday of each week, unless otherwise permitted by the Code Official for cause shown subject to such conditions and restrictions as shall be reasonably imposed and set forth in such permit.

The following words and phrases, when used in this Part 4, shall
have, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the meaning
given to them in this Part 4. All other words and terms not defined
herein shall be used with a meaning of standard usage.
Borough of Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Includes an individual, firm, association, organization,
partnership, trust, company, corporation or any other similar entity.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part 4 shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$300 and/or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days.
